  • ให้เครดิตนักวาดเมื่อใช้ภาพต้นฉบับเสมอ

  • ห้ามแอบอ้างว่าเป็นผู้วาดหรือผู้ที่ออกแบบเอง

  • สามารถดัดแปลงดีไซน์ของอดอปได้โดยต้องมีเค้าโครงเดิมเหลือไว้

  • สามารถให้เป็นของขวัญหรือลง Commu ได้

  • ขายต่อในราคาที่ต่ำกว่าหรือเท่ากับที่ซื้อไป

  • สามารถขายต่อในราคาที่สูงกว่าได้ในกรณีที่มีภาพ Commission หรือภาพแถมอื่น ๆ ที่ทางเจ้าของได้ทำการว่าจ้างมาเท่านั้น

  • หากมีภาพที่วาดเอง กรุณาไม่เพิ่มราคาตัวอดอปจากภาพวาดของตนเอง

  • ในกรณีที่การซื้อขายเสร็จสิ้นแล้ว จะไม่มีการคืนเงินใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น

  • หากผ่อนชำระแล้วไม่สามารถชำระได้ตามเป้าหมายหรือชำระเงินไม่ครบ ทางผู้วาดมีสิทธิ์ที่จะยึดเงินทั้งหมดและนำไปขายต่อให้ผู้อื่น

  • ห้ามนำไปใช้สำหรับการ AI Generated

  • ห้ามนำไปทำ NFT

  • หากผู้วาดรู้ว่าได้มีการทำผิดข้อตกลง ทางผู้วาดมีสิทธิ์ที่จะยึดอดอปคืนและนำไปขายต่อให้ผู้อื่น

  • หากทำผิดข้อตกลง จะถูกขึ้น บัญชีดำ และจะไม่มีการซื้อขายด้วยในครั้งต่อไป
